CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 07-31 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT <br /> FOR MINNESOTA FISHING MUSEUM <br /> AT THE SPEEDSTOP IN PEQUOT LAKES <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Fishing Museum has requested a Premise Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will allow lawful gambling at the Speedstop Pequot <br /> Lakes at 30713 Highway 371 in Pequot Lakes, MN; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will run for two years. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota approves the premises permit requested by the Minnesota Fishing <br /> Museum to operate lawful gambling (pull tabs) at the Speedstop Pequot lakes located at <br /> 30713 Highway 371 in Pequot Lakes, MN. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 3rd day of December, 2007. <br /> Cathy M echa, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> apt--14-de a Pg.„:„,_, <br /> Sandra A.
