RESOLUTION 07-25 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS AT BROWN <br /> AND SOUTH OAK STREETS <br /> WHEREAS, On June 4, 1991, the City Council adopted a resolution authorizing the <br /> installation of stop signs at the intersections of Brown and South Oak <br /> Streets; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon further inspection of these intersections by the City Engineer, Chief <br /> of Police and Street Supervisor, it is determined that these stop signs do <br /> not meet the criteria for stop signs set by the State of Minnesota; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the resolution adopted on June 4, 1991 is <br /> rescinded. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the removal of the two <br /> stop signs on Brown Street at the intersection of Brown Street and South <br /> Oak Street. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 2nd day of October, 2007. <br /> -67,1A 4/A0/1.--- <br /> Cathy M echa, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
