CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 07-23 <br /> ■'' RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FOR AUGUST, 2007 <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Pequot Lakes is generally authorized to accept contributions of real <br /> and personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 465.03 for the <br /> benefit of its citizens and is specifically authorized to accept gifts and bequests for <br /> the benefit of recreational service pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 471.17; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, The following persons and entities have offered to contribute the cash sums set <br /> forth below to the City: <br /> Name of Donor Amount Requested Use of Donation <br /> Library Patrons $154 Library <br /> Crow Wing Power $ 1,000 Fire Dept Equipment <br /> Pequot Lakes Senior Citizens $ 500 Refurbish Floor at Cole Building <br /> Breezy Ctr.
