RESOLUTION #08-40 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEW MAYOR TO SIGN CHECKS AND <br /> BANKING DOCUMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council requires two signatures on all <br /> checks and bank transactions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby removes Cathy Malecha as an authorized <br /> signer on all checks and banking documents from the American <br /> National Bank in Pequot Lakes and Lakes State Bank in Pequot <br /> Lakes effective January 6, 2009. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes, County of Crow Wing, Minnesota, that Nancy <br /> Adams as Mayor of the City of Pequot Lakes, and Sandra <br /> Peine as City Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Pequot Lakes are <br /> authorized to sign checks and bank documents at American <br /> National Bank and Lakes State Bank in the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> effective January 6, 2009. <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 1st day of December 2008. <br /> (//, <br /> Cathy M echa <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (? <br /> Sandra A.
