CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES RESOLUTION 08-26 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF HIGH PINE STREET, PLAT OF METTLER POINT, CROW WING COUNTY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes has determined to vacate that portion of High Pine Street within the plat of METTLER POINT legally described as follows (the "Subject Property" or"Street"): That part of High Pine Street, METTLER POINT, according to the recorded plat thereof, on file in the Crow Wing County Recorder's office, lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the southwesterly line of COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1079 A PLANNED COMMUNITY WILDERNESS RESORT VILLAS according to the recorded plat thereof, on file in said Crow Wing County Recorder's office and the east line of West Road, said METTLER POINT; thence South 03 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds East, bearing based on the Crow Wing County Coordinate Database NAD 83/94, 145.89 feet along said east line of West Road; thence southeasterly 201.90 feet along a nontangential curve, concave to the northeast, having a central angle of 47 degrees 34 minutes 56 seconds, a radius of 243.11 feet and a chord which bears South 61 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds East; thence South 85 degrees 35 minutes 39 seconds East, tangent to the last described curve, 15.04 feet; thence southeasterly 309.81 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a central angle of 28 degrees 35 minutes 21 seconds and a radius of 620.89 feet; thence South 57 degrees 00 minutes 18 seconds East, tangent to the last described curve, 70.22 feet; thence southeasterly 167.15 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a central angle of 13 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds and a radius of 695.89 feet; thence South 43 degrees 14 minutes 33 seconds East, tangent to the last described curve, 103.57 feet; thence easterly 184.93 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the north, having a central angle of 46 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds and a radius of 229.11 feet to the north line of said High Pine Street, the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence continuing easterly 28.37 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the north, having a central angle of 07 degrees 05 minutes 38 seconds and a radius of 229.11 feet; thence North 83 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East, tangent to the 1
