The preliminary plat approval was <br />granted by the City in August 2oio. <br />The subject property is zoned Waterfront Commercial and Open Space. The proposed <br />subdivision will create a total of 6o commercial shoreline dwelling units (from 45 units <br />approved in the original plat) plus 461ots dedicated for accessory structure, one outlot <br />and one common remnant lot. None of the proposed lots will require a variance for <br />development based on the conditions of the PUD approval. <br />The proposed subdivision will be accessed from a public roadway.
