RESOLUTION 12-09 <br /> A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHING PRECINCT AND POLLING PLACE <br /> FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute section 204B.14, subd. 3(d) requires that precinct <br /> boundaries must be re-established within 60 days of when the legislature <br /> has been redistricted, or at least 19 weeks before the state primary <br /> election, whichever comes first. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, County of Crow Wing, and State of Minnesota hereby re-establishes the <br /> boundaries of the voting precincts and polling places: <br /> • Precinct 1: Precinct 1 encompasses the entire city limits and boundaries of <br /> the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> • Polling Place: Cole Memorial Building, 4285 Tower Square <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 6th day of March, 2012. <br /> 1[.u_ _I <br /> Nancy A.
