CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 11-24 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM <br /> OCTOBER 21,2011 THROUGH NOVEMBER 27,2011 <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Pequot Lakes is generally authorized to accept contributions <br /> of real and personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections <br /> 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens and is specifically authorized to <br /> accept gifts and bequests for the benefit of recreational service pursuant to <br /> Minnesota Statutes Section 471.17; and <br /> WHEREAS, The following persons and entities have offered to contribute the cash <br /> sums set forth below to the City: <br /> Name of Donor Amount Requested Use of Contribution or Grant <br /> See Attached list of Donors <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES,MINNESOTA that all contributions and/or grants described above <br /> are hereby graciously accepted by the City of Pequot Lakes and shall be used as <br /> requested by the donors or grant requirements. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council expresses its gratitude to the <br /> donors of the gifts. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 6TH day of December, <br /> 2011. <br /> / " Ll -61 , I,el-- <br /> Nancy Ad. is, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: k%r =vll <br /> Sandra A.
