RESOLUTION 10-37 A RESOLUTION FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL OF THE HIGHWAY 371 PROJECT At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes, held on the 14th day of December, 2010,the following Resolution was offered by Council Member Craig Nagel and seconded by Council Member David Sjoblad to wit: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for the improvement of Minnesota State Highway 371 within the City of Pequot Lakes from approximately County State Aid Highway 29 (RP 47.777)to County State Aid Highway 16 (RP 54.039); and seeks the approval thereof; and WHEREAS, said final layouts are on file in the Minnesota Department of Transportation office, Baxter, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as Layout No. 2A, Parts 2, 3, and 4; SP. 1810-92 from R.P. 47.777 to 54.039; and WHEREAS, improvements to city streets and appurtenances have been included in the said final layouts; and WHEREAS, Mn/DOT has requested that the City formally indicate its intent to participate in the costs of the traffic control signal system at Myers Road, and other improvements requested by the City and in accordance with the current Mn/DOT"Policy and Procedures for Cooperative Construction Projects with Local Units of Government." NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that said final layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within the corporate limits be and is hereby approved.
