CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 10-05 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS FOR 2010 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota designates the following newspapers as its official newspapers in <br /> which the City will publish ordinances and other matters as required by law for the year <br /> 2009: <br /> • Lake Country Echo—Main Official Newspaper <br /> • Brainerd Dispatch—Secondary Official Newspaper <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Lake Country Echo will be the main <br /> newspaper used for publications required by law. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 5t`day of January, 2010. <br /> Nancy Adatns, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
