Facilitv Performance: Average daily gallons pumped: 75,000 gallons M�imum daily gallons pumped: 108,000 gallons Minimum daily gallons pumped: 48,000 gallons Total monthly gallons pumped: 2,029,000 gallons (As of the 27th) Average daily chlorine concentration: 0.4 mg/1 Required chlorine concentration: 0.2 to 0.5 mg/1 *Average daily fluoride concentration: 0.8 mg/1* *Required fluoride concentration: 0.9 mg/t to 1.5 mg/1* *The MDH is currently reviewing the pros and cons of fluoride addition and are looking at lowering the required amount to a range of 0.6 mg/1 to 1.0 mg/1* Treatment Chemicals Used for the Month: 22.0 lbs Chlorine 4.8 gals Fluoride � 5.21bs Potassium Perman anate II. Operations and Maintenance: • The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and submitted. • March lst_3ia, attended MRWA Annual Conference at St. Cloud Civic Center. Also, on the 1 St, attended City Council Meeting. • Mazch 8�', attended monthly budget meeting. Removed payment drop-box from Chamber Building due to lack of use. Tried turning water on at 31039 North Washington Street, but unable to get key on curbstop valve. Called Tom's Backhoe to schedule having it replaced along with the curbstop at 31115 Pine Street. Also called GSOC for locates at both places, and Fargo Water to order parts for the job. Called Kyle Kedrowski with MRWA to ask if I could borrow their water line freeze-kit. • March 9�', attended MMUA Safety Meeting in Breezy Point. • March 14`�', drove to the City of Hamburg to pick up MRWA's Freeze-Kit. • March 15�', Tom's Backhoe (Lynn and Tom) dug up and repIaced both water shut-offs. The water line freeze-kit worked very well and everything went smoothly. • March 16�', attended Government Drive meeting with Sandy, Dawn, Mike and Nancy Adams. • March 17`�', Mike Fynboh with Cascade, completed repairs on my office computer. • March 21 St, attended Focus Group Meeting to discuss ideas for Government Drive. • March 22"d, delivered 11 water bill delinquent notices. � • March 23`d, plowed and shoveled snow at WTP, WWTP, L.S. #3 and L.S. #4. • March 25th, met with Sandy and Jeanyne to review our billing procedures and to discuss how to determine if an account should be categorized as commercial or residential.
