a 2. Upon completion of the depot relocation, Mn/DOT will transfer ownership of the <br /> building to the City of Pine River. The City will then be required to maintain it <br /> consistent with the Secretary of Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic <br /> Properties. <br /> 3. Upon the transfer of ownership, as described in Stipulation 2, all of Mn/DOT's <br /> obligations regarding the Pine River Depot will be terminated. <br /> 5. All work described in Attachments Al, B1, Stipulation 4 and Stipulation 7 shall be <br /> completed no later than February 28, 2012. If the terms of this agreement have <br /> not been implemented by the assigned date, the FHWA shall notify the <br /> signatories of the agreement's expiration, and if appropriate, shall initiate <br /> consultation to renegotiate its terms. <br /> Stipulations 4 and 6 of the original MOA remain unchanged. <br /> Stipulation 7 is added to address the newly discovered effects to the Pequot Fire <br /> Lookout Tower. <br /> 7. Mn/DOT will complete a National Register of Historic Places Registration Form for <br /> the Pequot Fire Lookout Tower. Prior to official submission, Mn/DOT shall <br /> forward all documentation to both the Mn/DOT Cultural Resources Unit and <br /> MnSHPO for review and written concurrence. <br /> Execution of this agreement by the FHWA, MnSHPO, USCOE, and MnDOT and <br /> implementation of its terms, evidences that FHWA has taken into account the effects of <br /> the undertaking on historic properties. <br /> FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION <br /> By: Date: <br /> DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, ST.
