CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br /> Commissioner Tweed called the meeting together at 4:00 p.m. <br /> 2. PARK BOARD MINUTES <br /> COMMISSIONER JURCHEN MOVED TO APPROVE THE AMENDED <br /> 7/13/2006 PARK BOARD MINUTES. COMMISSIONER KOSLOFSKY <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 3, BOBBER PARK - Update <br /> Chair Anderson introduced Josh from Avalon Studios. Chair Anderson <br /> stated the board wanted to stay with the Paul Bunyan theme. Josh's <br /> design existed of "Tall Tales Story" book. A very large open book stated <br /> the story of Paul Bunyan where people could have their pictures taken <br /> beside. The cost would be approximately $8 to $10,000. <br /> Consensus is to move forward with the chair idea. Brian will discuss the <br /> ideas with Lonesome Cottage. Faye & Trudy will work on design for <br /> benches etc. <br /> Del stated he received a quote of$4,000 for the cement slab. <br /> Del suggested using the shed under the water tower and design it as <br /> Paul's fish house. Sandy gave a quote from Mike Loven of $1,922 for 2x8 <br /> log siding (does not include labor). <br /> Chair Anderson suggested surrounding the park area with log and rope. <br /> Further discussion was held regarding benches, fund raisers, <br /> maintenance, etc. The board will continue to discuss other options. <br /> 4. MEMORIAL GARDEN REQUEST BY STARK — Jackie Cogan <br />
