� <br />City of <br />Pe uot <br />q <br />Lakes — -- <br />AGENDA ITEM #9.1. <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Date: March 1, 2011 <br />Subject: Request Extension to Acquire Class B <br />Commercial Driver's License with Endorsements <br />Report: Tina Nolden is requesting an extension for <br />�- acquiring the Class B Commercial Driver's License with <br />Tanker and Air-Brake Endorsements. According to the <br />conditions of hire (for her new position), this license with <br />endorsements be obtained within 30 days. The deadline <br />was February 15th. Tina has indicated that she did pass the <br />written test but would like time to practice driving the <br />commercial vehicles prior to taking the skills test. Her <br />existing permit is good for six months (expires on July 17, <br />2011). <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion approving an <br />extension of six-months (July 17, 2011) to acquire the <br />required Class B Commercial Driver's License with Tanker <br />and Air-Brake Endorsements. <br />�, <br />
