PEQUOT LAKES PARK COMMISSION <br /> THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2012 <br /> CITY HALL <br /> Members Present: Commissioners Karen Ettesvold, Deana Doughty, Jeff Bruch <br /> and Patty Bonicatto <br /> Also Present: Mike Loven, Public Works Supervisor; Nancy Adams, Mayor; <br /> and Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator <br /> 1 . Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Adams explained Pete Clement had resigned from the Park <br /> Commission as he is now a City Employee and felt it may be a conflict of <br /> interest. The meeting was called to order at 4:04 p.m. by Jeff Bruch, <br /> acting Chair. <br /> 2. 9/13/2012 Park Commission Minutes <br /> Bittner pointed out that City Hall should be removed from the title of the <br /> document as the entire meeting was held at the Trailside Park. <br /> COMMISSIONER BONICATTO MOVED TO APPROVE THE 9/13/2012 <br /> PARK COMMISSION MINUTES, AS CORRECTED. COMMISSIONER <br /> DOUGHTY SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4 - 0. <br /> 3. Master Park Plan <br /> The Commissioners reviewed the suggested changes to the text and <br /> agreed to the following: <br /> • Page 2, approve change; <br /> • Page 3, leave as originally written; <br /> • Page 4, approve change; <br /> • Page 6, last sentence of Assessment paragraph should indicate <br /> only the north portion is irrigated; <br /> • Page 6, approve remaining change. <br /> COMMISSIONER BONICATTO MOVED TO FORWARD THE MASTER <br /> PARK PLAN TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION. <br /> COMMISSIONER ETTESVOLD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4 — 0. <br /> 4. Park Land Donation — Mayo Lake <br /> Mayor Adams explained she picked up the deeds from Mr. <br /> O'Shaughnessy's attorney and delivered them to the City Attorney to have <br /> them recorded prior to the end of the year.
