Assessment:
...,— This park is difficult to classify as it is, in actuality, owned by the DNR. For purposes
here, we will define the north portion as a mini-park consisting of acres. The City
maintains the entire area(north and south), but it is the north area that is utilized as a
park. Amenities include the Paul Bunyan Trail, a band shelter, a picnic shelter, Dru's
Garden, the Veterans' Memorial, and Paul Bunyan Footprints. Aside from the trail itself,
the entire area is grass covered and irrigated.
Proposed Improvements:
• Define the band shell area using natural landscaping
• Add a barbeque grill by the picnic shelter
• Develop a program for flower garden maintenance
BOBBER PARK–Mini Park:
Jiyi fa
- t
p tea.
..
iv+f*
Assessment:
This .2 acre mini-park is located next to the Bobber Water Tower.
