Objective 1 - City Parks: Create a park system suited to a small community with a <br /> large visitor population. <br /> . Make lakes, wetlands, and public forests more accessible to the public <br /> . Identify and establish well-marked routes that more directly connect snowmobile and <br /> bicycle traffic from the regional trail system into the city. <br /> . Seek to build partnerships and establish the feasibility of constructing a grade- <br /> separated bicycle trail between the downtown area and Eagle View Elementary <br /> School along the Highway 11 corridor. <br /> . Establish a rustic hiking, snowshoe, and cross-country ski trail. <br /> .
