Sheridan <br /> stated that she would like to see at least an acre or more of land and <br /> somewhere where there is easy access to water with a few trees and not <br /> by a main road. <br /> Chair Malecha stated that the biggest issue will be finding the land for a <br /> dog park. The Babinski property (the old Crafter's.Mall)'was suggested. <br /> Mayor Adams stated she would contact Mr. Babifslci regarding the <br /> suggestion. <br /> 044 <br /> 9. Sibley Lake Park f <br /> ,ik •r <br /> rr'' "•,s,', <br /> Mayor Adams stated that she has cohtacted Community Growth;regarding <br /> assistance in design improvements to Sibley flake Park. She stated that <br /> she would be asking for suggestions for improvement to the park during <br /> the months of February and,March. She would>meet at the park on March <br /> 26th with staff, Community Growth, Council Member Gardner, any Park <br /> Commissioners, and anyone else who is interested, to walk the park and <br /> gather ideas. <br /> ,rr r <br /> The Commission ecided to put together a survey to get ideas from <br /> surrounding properties as to what they would like to see at the park. <br /> Y <br /> 9. Other Business <br /> {Tra err 's�r r4 „Ly <br /> CQmmission Nagel distributed a brochure on the town of Punta Gorda, <br /> Florida. The town is well known for its many colorful murals throughout the <br /> 'town. Commissioner Nagel suggested that something to this effect could <br /> be'-done in Pequotz.akes. <br /> 10.
