Welcome New Member <br /> Josh Gibbons was welcomed as the new Park Commission member. <br /> 4. Flower Bar hls <br /> The Commission suggested that the shop owners along Government <br /> Drive adopt the flower,barrels: Th'e Commission suggested that the City <br /> ,p rchase the f lowers and that the shop owners maintain the flowers and <br /> barrels. Cathy Malecha and Nancy Adams volunteered to ask shop <br /> owners to take care of the flower barrels. <br /> 5. Bancig4hthe Park.Update <br /> The Clerk notetthat all of the summer weekends except for two have <br /> been booked-`for the Bands in the Park program. Chair Malecha stated <br /> that she would check with the college for a band and the Clerk stated she <br /> would check with Andy and Kyle to see if they would play on July 6th <br /> 6. Park Brochure <br /> The Clerk stated that Scott Pederson is redesigning and updating the Park <br /> Brochure. We hope to have it to the Park Commissioners for approval by <br /> the March meeting. <br /> 7. Mayo Lake Park <br />
