Call Meeting to Order <br /> Chair Malecha called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER BRUCH SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. 11/13/14 Park Commission Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER RONNING MOVED TO APPROVE THE 11/13/2014 PARK <br /> COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Dog Park Update <br /> Mike Loven reported that a highway sign to identify the dog park does not meet <br /> MnDOT's criteria and will not be allowed. <br /> The Park Commission reviewed the Dog Park Rules and made a few changes to <br /> the proposed rules. The Commissioners requested that the rules be reviewed by <br /> the LMC Loss Control Attorney. The Commissioners noted that if the attorney <br /> approves, Mike Loven can go ahead and have a sign made with the rules on the <br /> sign. <br /> Mike Loven stated that the permit from MnDOT is ready for the playground in <br /> Trailside Park. He indicated that they will have to know what the length of the <br /> fence will be. The Park Commission decided that the fence should be placed <br /> about 8 feet from the playground to allow for mowing. <br /> 5. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. The Commission moved to the garage to <br /> assemble the float for the light parade. <br />
