Remove the underutilized parking lot located at the north end of the park. The area should be converted into a <br /> "usable area" by planting grass and other vegetation. <br /> 2. At the north end of the park, trees have been planted between the trail and the diagonal parking area on <br /> Government Drive. These trees should be allowed to mature so there is a perceived barrier between the trail <br /> and the street.
