Call Meeting to Order <br /> Chair Malecha called the meeting to order at 4:08 pm. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> The City Clerk requested to add Brenda Myers under other business. <br /> COMMISSIONER BRUCH MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER GIBBONS SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4- <br /> 0. <br /> 3. 5/8/2014 Park Commission Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER GIBBONS MOVED TO APPROVE THE 5/8/2014 PARK <br /> COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER BRUCH SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 4. Park Commission Members and Meeting Time <br /> The Clerk informed the members that the Council amended the ordinance to <br /> allow for up to 7 members on the Park Commission. She noted that she has not <br /> advertised as she is waiting to see whether the Commission wants to change the <br /> meeting time. <br /> It was the consensus of the Park Commission to advertise for two new members <br /> and to move the meeting time to 5:00 p.m. beginning on July 11. <br /> 5. Photo Contest for Next Year's Park Brochure <br /> The Clerk explained that Scott Pederson has suggested that the Park <br /> Commission host a photo contest for next year's Park Brochure. It was the <br /> consensus of the Park Commission to hold a photo contest and to offer credits to <br /> the winning photographs. <br /> 6. Trailside Park Bathrooms — 2015 Priority <br />
