The Planning and Zoning <br /> Administrator, Charles Marohn, attached a condition that the existing home on Lot 5 be <br /> demolished within one year unless same could be made to conform to zoning regulations, <br /> setbacks, etc. The reason for this condition was that you were issued a Certificate of <br /> Non-compliance for the existing Individual Sewage Treatment System located on Lot 5. <br /> The one-year period has expired. We are aware that the new home on Lot 7 is not <br /> completed.
