The owner of all land shall be responsible for keeping such land free of refuse and weeds. All exterior storage not included as a permitted use, or included as part of a conditional use permit, or otherwise permitted by provisions or this Ordinance shall be considered as refuse. Passenger vehicles and trucks in an inoperative state due to age, damage or malfunction shall not be parked outside in a residential district for a period exceeding seven days;inoperative shall mean incapable of movement under its own power and in need of repair or junking, and shall include unlicensed vehicles and vehicles incapable of legal movement on public roads." I have included a copy of an agreement executed by yourselves that indicates you may have been in violation of the Ordinance pertaining to Exterior Storage and Junk Cars on August 26, 2003.
