The owner <br /> of all land shall be responsible for keeping such land free of refuse and weeds. <br /> All exterior storage not included as a permitted use, or included as part of a <br /> conditional use permit, or otherwise permitted by provisions or this Ordinance <br /> shall be considered as refuse. Passenger vehicles and trucks in an inoperative <br /> state due to age, damage or malfunction shall not be parked outside in a <br /> residential district for a period exceeding seven days;inoperative shall mean <br /> incapable of movement under its own power and in need of repair or junking, and <br /> shall include unlicensed vehicles and vehicles incapable of legal movement on <br /> public roads." <br /> I have included a copy of an agreement executed by yourselves that indicates <br /> you may have been in violation of the Ordinance pertaining to Exterior Storage <br /> and Junk Cars on August 26, 2003. It was never the intent of the City to allow <br />
