4. Cathi McBryde:The certified letter sent to Ms.McBryde was returned <br /> from the Post Office as unclaimed. <br /> 5. Lance Schmidt: Staff has contacted the renter of his property and she has <br /> responded in writing. A copy of this letter is enclosed in this report. <br /> 6. David Watt: The alarm has not yet been installed. <br /> 7. Joseph and Deborah Hallbeck:There has been no response to our previous <br /> mailings, although some of the debris has been removed. We will contact <br /> them again to determine their timeframe from completing the cleanup. <br /> 8. Babinski—We are at somewhat of a larger impasse with Mr. Babinski <br /> than simply the fence,although that is the item referred to as a violation. <br /> We will continue to work with Mr. Babinski regarding this item and other <br /> permitting items. <br /> 9. Rudbeck—Mr.Rudbeck owes the City$3,010.60 for an after-the fact <br /> building permit. <br /> 10. Larry Fyle—The initialized copy of the letter of understanding has been <br /> received from Mr. Fyle. We will continue to monitor the outside storage. <br /> 11.Lee Holk—We sent a letter to Mr. Holk indicating that he needed to <br /> obtain a permit and that the construction he has done would need to <br /> conform to side-yard setbacks. We have not heard back from Mr.Holk. <br /> 12. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—The Peterson have made application for a <br /> building permit for the garage. Staff will inspect the possible construction <br /> of a pond when weather conditions allow. <br /> 13.Linda Swenson—The August 11, 2003 Letter of Understanding stated that <br /> the debris would be burned by December 15, 2003. The debris has not / <br /> been burned. Ms. Swenson has not contacted Staff as requested. <br /> Additional vehicles are at the property not included in the Letter of <br /> Understanding. <br /> 14.Andrew Boldt—Mr. Boldt will return to the Planning Commission in <br /> March with his agreement with Mr. Schaefer. <br /> 15. Tim Crist—We have had an ongoing problem with outside storage since <br /> April 2002. The Police Chief has spoken with him and Staff has written <br /> letters.
