GENERAL <br /> A. DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY: <br /> The project consists of 8 residential units. Construction will consist of a clustered on-site <br /> sewer system, common well and water distribution system, and a 300' long access road <br /> with 8 individual drives. <br /> B. ATTACH PLAN SHEETS AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS: Plan sheets and <br /> construction details for erosion and sediment control referenced in this SWPPP <br /> must be attached. <br /> C. PROVIDE DISCUSSION OF POTENTIAL FOR DISCHARGE OF SEDIMENT <br /> POLLUTANTS FROM SITE: <br /> The potential for sediment.to leave the site exists on the west portion of the development. <br /> This area should have turf established as soon as possible as it consists of a 15% slope <br /> with a vertical drop of over 20'. The remainder of the site is relatively flat. <br /> D. EVALUATION OF SPECIAL WATERS: If this project includes discharge to <br /> special waters or impaired waters (TMDL's) that are within 2,000 feet of the <br /> project, see Permit MN R100001 Appendix A for additional SWPPP requirements. <br /> The project does not impact a special waters body. <br /> E. DISCUSSION OF OTHER REQUIRED INFORMATION: Information related to <br /> discharges or impacts to wetlands, habitats of endangered and threatened species, <br /> historical and archeological sites, and any permits/conformance activites and <br /> documentation required as a result of discharging to or impacting the above areas is <br /> outlined below. <br /> The project does not discharge to an existing wetland. <br /> 1 <br /> t <br />
