November 15, 2004, letter to Juliet Lilgaroth regarding off-site signs. <br /> 5. November 18, 2004, letter to Darrell Lake regarding continued erosion <br /> and restoration requirements. <br /> 6. November 29, 2004, letter to Larry Fyle regarding Tim Wimperis' park <br /> model. <br /> 7. November 30, 2004, letter to Mark Schoeb, regarding CUP approval. <br /> 8. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: Mr. Swenson had made real progress removing the <br /> vehicles. No new progress. (10/02) <br /> 2. John E. MacGibbon: Mr. Marohn met with the City Attorney, Tom <br /> Fitzpatrick, on November 19 and Mr. Fitzpatrick is working on this. <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie.
