" <br /> The Ordinance further states, in Section 80.050, that, "It shall hereafter be unlawful for <br /> any person to erect,place, or maintain a sign in the City of Pequot Lakes except in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. B. Signs. . . are prohibited within <br /> public rights-of-way and easements and on public property without written permission of <br /> the City. " <br /> The Ordinance further states, in Section 80.070, that, "The following signs are prohibited <br /> in all districts: 15. Off-site signs. " <br /> The two Wildflower Cottages signs placed along County Road 112,photographs are <br /> enclosed, are likely in violation of these three provisions of the Ordinance. <br /> As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the <br /> opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no <br /> later than November 22,2004,you remove the improperly placed signs. Failure to <br />
