As we discussed,this memo is meant to outline our understanding of what is in place at your site and how we will all proceed in the future. Please review the information we are presenting and let us know if anything is incorrect or not consistent with your understanding. If everything meets with your approval,please sign one copy and return it to the City. Please keep one copy for your records. 1. All construction debris and materials are to be removed or burned. Used wood pieces may be burned. Shingles and other materials that cannot be burned must be removed. 2. All refuse and debris to be removed or properly stored. Item not being used or not in good working order will be removed or properly stored in a building or a closed container designed for such purposes. NO OUTSIDE STORAGE OR ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS OR MATERIALS WILL BE ALLOWED. 3. The Tee Pee visible from the road will be moved back 35-feet from edge of right- of-way,not edge of tar. City Staff will assist in determining edge of right-of-way. 4. All domesticated animals must be confined. NO CHICKENS,DUCKS,GEESE, FARM ANIMALS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND MAY BE ROAMING LOOSE. 5. Grass will continue to be mowed and weeds will be kept short. 6. Trailer house on the east side of the property is removed. 7. The Recreational Vehicle with metal roof(cabin)can remain if kept in an orderly fashion. 8. The Trailer house on the west side of the property can remain if kept in an orderly fashion_
