A conforming <br /> septic system for the office has been installed along with a 1350 Gal tank for floor drains. <br /> The existing house and garage remain on the property and are proposed to be used as <br /> rental property. A common drive is shared with the property to the North. There is no <br /> indication of an on-site sign. An area of outside storage is not identified. <br /> PROPERTY HISTORY: June 2001 a variance was granted for a 100' width tract with <br /> conditions: Maintain existing vegetation within the Hwy 371 buffer zone.
