` <br />A. They will each work one day a week in the police <br />department. <br />B. They will each be paid $16.64 per hour while <br />performing office duties in the police department. <br />C. Health Insurance premiums paid by the City will <br />be reinstated to full-time employee status (85% <br />employer, 15% employee), as long as they are <br />working 40 hours per week. <br />D. Vacation and Sick time will be reinstated to full- <br />time employee status as long as they are working 40 <br />hours per week. <br />E. Personal Time will be reinstated to full-time <br />employee status. <br />F. The City's HSA contribution will be reinstated to <br />full-time employee status for 2011 if the temporary � <br />status is eliminated and the positions become full time <br />at 40 hours per week. <br />We understand that there may be glitches to work out <br />during this transition period. Both Dawn and Jeanyne have <br />consented to these conditions. They also both understand <br />that this is a temporary status that may or may not turn into <br />a full time status. <br />Council Action Requested: Council decision on the <br />above proposal effective February 6, 2011. <br />` <br />
