CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> CHECKLIST WORKSHEET <br /> 1. The special exception will/will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of the <br /> environment or of other property in the immediate vicinity nor substantially <br /> diminish and impair property values within the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> 2. The proposed development will/will not increase local or state expenditures in <br /> relation to costs of servicing or maintaining neighboring properties. <br /> 3. The establishment of the special exception will/will not impede the normal and <br /> orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses <br /> predominant in the area. <br /> 4. The location and character of the proposed development are considered to be <br /> consistent/inconsistent with a desirable pattern of development for the locality in <br /> general. <br /> 5. The proposed development will/will not be served adequately by essential public <br /> facilities, including streets, police and fire protection, drainage structures, refuse <br /> disposal, water and sewer systems; or will be served adequately be such <br /> facilities and services provided by persons or agencies responsible for the <br /> establishment of the proposed development. <br /> 6. The proposed development will/will not involve uses, activities, processes, <br /> materials, equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any <br /> persons, property, or general welfare because of excessive production of traffic, <br /> noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> 7. The proposed development will/will not have vehicular approaches to the <br /> property which are so designed as not to create traffic congestions or an <br /> interference with traffic on surrounding public thoroughfares. <br /> 8. The proposed development will/will not result in the destruction, loss, or damage <br /> of natural, scenic, or historic features of major importance. <br /> 9. The proposed development will/will not conform to specific standards of this <br /> ordinance applicable to the particular use. <br /> *These conditions appear in Ordinance#163, Article X, Section 10.30* <br />
