PETITION FOR ANNEXATION IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION BY NWT MINNESOTA PARTNERSHIP FOR ANNEXATION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 414.033,SUBD. 2 TO: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES, MN, AND MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL BOARD IT IS HEREBY REQUESTED BY: All of the property owners of the area proposed for annexation described herein lying in the Township of Sibley, County of Crow Wing, Minnesota. THE AREA PROPOSED FOR ANNEXATION IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 136 North, Range 29 West, Crow Wing County, Minnesota, lying North of a line 700 feet South of the South line of the tract of land conveyed in Book 200 of Deeds Page 286 to the Minnesota Power and Light Company and lying South of the South line of the tract of land conveyed to the Minnesota Power and Light Company in Book 200 of Deeds Page 286, that lies East of the East Right of Way line of State Highway Number 371 as said highway is described in Final Certificate filed April 8th, 1953, in Book 117 of Deeds Page 491 and that also lies West of a line 500.00 feet East of, and parallel with, the East Right of Way line of State Highway Number 371 as said highway is described in Final Certificate filed April 8th, 1953, in Book 117 of Deeds page 491, except the West 300.00 feet of said 500.00 feet thereof. (Being s 200.00 foot strip of land.) AND That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 136 North, Range 29 West, CrowWing County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of a line measured 700.00 feet Southerly of and parallel with the South line of the tract of land conveyed to the Minnesota Power and Light Company in Book 200 of Deeds, Page 286 and that lies Easterly of the Easterly Right of Way line of State Highway number 371 as said highway is described in Final Certificate filed April 8th, 1953 in Book 117 of Deeds, Page 491 and which lies Westerly of a line 500.00 feet Easterly of an parallel with, the Easterly Right of Way line of State Highway Number 371 as said highway is described in Final Certificate filed April 8th, 1953 in Book 117 of Deeds, Page 491. (Being a 500.00 foot strip of land.)
