20. Comprehensive Plan: City agrees to up-date Comprehensive Plan. City and Town will <br /> work on respective Ordinances and bring them into compliance with each other. <br /> 21. Zoning Map:City agrees to retain the Town Zoning Map for one(1)year after each <br /> section of land is annexed into the City. This will give the Transition Sub-Committee <br /> time to provide for orderly growth management in the annexed area. Areas of <br /> importance are Agriculture, Forestry,371 Corridor, Commercial,Waterfront <br /> Commercial and Rural Residential. <br /> 22. Authorization:The appropriate officers of the City and the Town are hereby authorized <br /> to carry the terms of this Joint Resolution and Agreement into effect. <br /> 23. Severability and Repealer. All prior resolutions and Ordinances of the Town and City, <br /> or portions of resolutions and Ordinances in conflict herewith,and hereby repealed, <br /> Should any section of the Joint Resolution and Agreement be held by a court of <br /> competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or void, the remaining provisions shall <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br /> 24.
