Greer and Brendda L. Greer Annexation <br /> Sibley Township is opposed to this annexation at this time. The City has the right to <br /> decline an annexation if it is not in their best interest. <br /> Reason: Sibley Township and the City of Pequot Lakes are under-going combined <br /> meetings at this time as well as possibly a proposed orderly annexation agreement. <br /> Sibley Township would prefer if this annexation could be postponed until the combined <br /> meetings by both governments have taken place and a plan of action implemented. <br /> If the City of Pequot Lakes should decide to annex the Greer Property we would <br /> encourage you to do so with the following conditions before granting annexation. <br /> 1. Require professional sketches of the proposed plan for the land to be <br /> annexed and how plan to be carried out. <br /> 2. Impact on the neighbors of such zoning and planning. <br /> 3. Landscape design of site proposal and storm water run-off. <br /> 4.
