P&Z Administrator's Report <br /> A. September Permits: We are working to figure out exactly what permits were issued <br /> since the last meeting. We can definitively report on the following permits: <br /> 1. Roach's Lawn and Marine, 30805 Olson Street. Sign permit for two <br /> signs, $210. <br /> 2. Doug Peterson, 31043 Honeysuckle Street. Accessory Structure, <br /> $79.20. <br /> 3. Eugene Kennedy, 31510 County Road 112. Accessory structure, <br /> $198. <br /> 4. Connie Szafranski, 5798 North Linden Road. Addition and deck, $75. <br /> 5. Hanson Family Trust, 31237 Spruce Street. Accessory structure and <br /> fence, $32. <br /> 6. Juliet Lilgaroth, 31211 County Road 112. Accessory structure, $30. <br /> 7. Northern Food King, 30945 First Street. Sign permit, $262.50. <br /> B. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these each <br /> month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. Roger Langenbau: Mr. Langenbau was sent a letter September 6 (enclosed). <br /> Your staff has since met with Mr. Langenbau and we are attempting to determine <br /> the cause and extent of violation on this parcel. <br /> 2. DBA Wilderness Resort: Resort owners Dan Volk and Linda Richards were sent <br /> a letter September 6 (enclosed). You staff is working to determine the exact <br /> cause and extent of violation on this parcel. <br /> 3. Virgil Dahl: DBA Wilderness Resort: Mr. Dahl was sent a letter September 6 <br /> (enclosed). You staff is reviewing the file and working to determine the extent of <br /> violation on this parcel. We will be working with the City Attorney to evaluate <br /> enforcement options. <br /> 4. Lonesome Cottage Furniture Company: The City received a letter(enclosed) <br /> dated September 3 from Matt and Jeff Balmer of the Lonesome Cottage Furniture <br /> Company. We have reviewed the file and have discovered correspondence <br /> (enclosed)dated August 28 from the City Staff to City Attorney Tom Fitzpatrick <br /> regarding legal proceedings for an apparent violation. We have contacted the <br /> City Attorney who has requested that we review the file and provide an update on <br /> what the current status is. We will be working to determine the extent of the <br /> violation and working with the City Attorney to evaluate our options. <br />
