The request to rezone was withdrawn by Mr. Schaefer. <br /> APPLICANT: Mike Arvig <br /> Evergreen Development <br /> Applicant requests Final Plat approval for the re-plat of a portion of Evergreen Second <br /> Addition. <br /> Mr. Slayton explained his Staff Report. <br /> A motion by Karl Moon, seconded by Cheri Seils, to recommend approval of the Final <br /> Plat based on staff recommendations. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Rich Cameron <br /> Liberty Tool of MN, Inc. <br /> 4638 County Road 11 <br /> Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 <br /> Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development. <br /> Mr. Marohn read from his Staff Report. <br /> Joe Dotty removed himself from discussion and voting due to close business relationship <br /> with the applicant. <br /> It was recommended that the Commission review the Light Industrial classification to <br /> include Certificate of Design proof. <br /> A motion by Bill Habein, seconded by Mark Hallan, to approve the Conditional Use <br /> Permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. All City utility charges shall be solely the responsibility of the owner of the <br /> property. <br /> 2. All maintenance of the grounds shall be solely the responsibility of the owner of <br /> the property. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> The applicant requests revisions in the Ordinance regulating signs. <br />
