Application,staff comments and on-site inspection report read into the <br /> record by Williams. Letters of objection from Sibley Township and the Cullen Lake <br /> Association received. On-site staff inspection comments reflected non-conforming sewer on <br /> property. Owner is planning on new sewer system installation. Well and sewer will need to be <br /> brought into conformance. Also,on-site inspection comments that there is ample area on the <br /> property to place all structures to meet required setbacks. On-site comments also reflect that the <br /> existing structure could be moved back meeting all setbacks. <br /> Motion by Blanck; Supported by Cooper to deny the variance as requested to construct an <br /> 18" x 22' addition to side of existing dwelling located at 33 feet from the 011W of the Lake <br /> instead of the required 75 Feet with findings as follows: <br /> 1. Structures placed in the shore impact area shall not be increased in a manner that <br /> increases the non-conformity. <br /> 2. Intent of the shoreline regulations is for structures to be out of the shore impact area. <br /> 3. Letter of objection to the request received from the Cullen Lake Association <br /> 3. Township letter of objection received. <br /> 4. Structure can be moved back to meet all required setbacks. <br /> All members voting`Aye", motion carried to deny the request. <br /> Motion by Blanck; Supported by Cloud to state that the variance application as received <br /> was denied.
