The owner
of all land shall be responsible for keeping such land free of refuse and weeds.
All exterior storage not included as a permitted use, or included as part of a
conditional use permit, or otherwise permitted by provisions of this Ordinance
shall be considered as refuse."
I have inspected your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures
accurately depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are
in violation of these two provisions of the Ordinance.
As opposed to citing you formally for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like
the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that
by no later than September 1, 2003, you remove or properly store all refuse
and debris from this property.
•
Failure to comply with the Ordinance by September 1, 2003, will prompt us to
take more aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines for
L_
