John Layman was <br /> originally contacted by Sibley Township on December 14,2001. <br /> The Ordinance states,in Section 70.090,that, "Any premises used for human occupancy <br /> must be provided with an adequate method of sewage treatment and water supply, as <br /> follows: (2) All private sewage treatment systems must meet or exceed the Crow Wing <br /> County Environmental Service Department Standards for individual sewage treatment <br /> contained in the document titled "Crow Wing County Zoning Ordinance", which <br /> sections dealing with-individual sewage treatment systems are hereby adopted by <br /> reference and declared to be a part of this Ordinance." <br /> Crow Wing County Zoning Ordinance states,in Article XX, Section 20.9, that <br /> "Mandatory Compliance Inspections of Existing Systems: An existing septic.system shall <br /> require a compliance inspection. _ . within 90 days of a Certificate of Real Estate Value <br /> or Warranty Deed or Trust being filed with a property dependant on an onsite septic <br /> system and the Certificate of Compliance is more than five years old or the Compliance <br /> Inspection is more than three years old " <br /> Your failure to cooperate has likely put you in violation of the Ordinance. As opposed to <br /> formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance,we would like to work with you to <br />
