increased the middle bay to 30 feet to accommodate the boat. This was also shown in the <br /> drawing that was delivered to city hall. <br /> The two additional interior changes that occurred were the addition of a mezzanine in the <br /> main bay, served by a drop down attic stair, to salvage some more of the lost second floor <br /> space and a small storage/workroom underneath for use of equipment requiring low light <br /> levels. <br /> I can appreciate the concern over the building's intended use based on its appearance <br /> from the street, its carefully measured aesthetics and the extensive use of windows but I <br /> assure you there has never been any intention of using the space as sleeping quarters, a <br /> kitchen or a bathroom. It is for storage of various types of vehicles and the kinds of <br /> activities that garages are built and used for. <br /> We are not currently working on the building, are not scheduled to, and will not do so till <br /> the matter is taken care of.
