Proposed Tract A contains 3 seasonal cabins, a bunkhouse,the <br /> pump shed for the water well, and one accessory structure in disrepair. The northern <br /> cabin is located in the proposed side yard setback. Two cabins have a new Subsurface <br /> Sewage Treatment System and a Compliance. Inspection has been received for the third <br /> cabin. There is no running water contained n the bunkhouse. The structures contained <br /> • Proposed Tract A are assumed to be non-conforming as there was no detail included <br /> on the Certificate of Survey. <br /> Proposed Tract B contains one non-conforming accessory structure in disrepair.
