The subject property is zoned <br /> Shoreline Residential. <br /> The subject property is approximately 15.3 acres and contains 3 seasonal cabins, a <br /> bunkhouse and a pump shed, as well as 2 accessory structures that are falling down in <br /> disrepair. Proposed Tract A contains 2 seasonal cabins, a bunkhouse,the <br /> pump shed for the water well, and one accessory structure in disrepair. One cabin has a <br /> new Subsurface Sewage Treatment System and a Compliance Inspection has been <br /> requested for the second cabin. There is no running water contained in the bunkhouse. <br /> The structures contained in Proposed Tract A are assumed to be non-conforming as <br /> there was no detail included on the Certificate of Survey. <br /> Proposed Tract B contains 1 non-conforming,seasonal cabin and one accessory structure <br /> in disrepair. This cabin is non-conforming as it is located within the bluff. The cabin <br /> located in proposed Tract B has a new Subsurface Sewage Treatment System.
