M . Others present <br /> were Carol Robideaux , Laura Hofus , Greg Welu, Mark Jurchen , <br /> and Terri Russell . <br /> Minutes of the previous reeting were review- a and a motion <br /> was made by Greg Welu, seconded by Laura He us, to approve <br /> the minutes. Motion pased unanimously. <br /> A motion was made by Marl Jurcrien and secor ed by Greg Welu , <br /> to move the review of the fee schedule to tie next regular <br /> meeting agenda. Motion passed unanimously . <br /> Mark Jurchen moved and Greg Welu seconded a motion to call <br /> a Public Hearing on a re: oning of Lots 1 , 2 . & 4, Block <br /> �-- 1 and the property currertly zoned EC north ,f West Grove <br /> Street to Commercial Use. The Hearing is t precede the <br /> next regular meeting on oanuary 16th at 6 : C P. M. at the <br /> Pequot Lakes City Counci Chambers . Motior passed unanimously. <br /> Mark Jurchen moved and Greg Welu seconded a motion to recommend <br /> to the Pequot Lakes City Council the reappc. ntment of David <br /> Olen for a three year term to the Pequot La-- es Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission.
