Ir <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> PUBLIC 'HEARING JULY 16, 1996 <br /> (Amended Minutes ) <br /> The Pequot Lakes Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing was called <br /> to order by Chairman M. Jurchen at 6: 30 p.m. , July 16, 1996 at the <br /> Pequot Lakes City Hall . Roll call showed M. Jurchen, G. Jenson, G. <br /> Welu, C. Robideaux, D. Gola all present . Also present were T. Russell , <br /> Zoning Administrator and Bonnie Watt . <br /> The purpose of the hearing was to address off-street parking <br /> requirements in the Exempt Commercial district , which are unworkable at <br /> this time. <br /> Motion by D. Gola and seconded by G. Welu to recommend, to the City <br /> Council , amending Zoning Ordinance No. 163 , Article VI , Section 6. 20 to <br /> read: Parking space shall be provided on every lot on which any new <br /> structures are hereafter established; such space shall be provided with <br /> vehicular access to a street or alley and shall be deemed to be <br /> required open space associated with the permitted use and shall not <br /> therafter be reduced or encroached upon in any manner . Off-street <br /> parking or garage shall be provided in all Zoning Districts , with the <br /> exception of Exempt Commercial District . Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing adjourned at 6: 55 p.m. <br />
