PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING&ZONING COMMISSION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER 2, 1997 <br /> The Pequot Lakes Planning &Zoning Commission Public Hearing was called to order by <br /> Chairman M. Jurchen Tuesday, September 2, 1997 at 5:03 p.m. at the Pequot Lakes City <br /> Hall. Roll call: M. Jurchen; G. Jenson; G. Welu and F. Martinson present. J. Thompson <br /> was absent. <br /> The purpose of the hearing was to receive public input on amending Zoning Ordinance <br /> No. 163 Section 8.20 to allow by conditional use permit, Professional Offices in Light <br /> Industrial Districts and Section 9.20 to change minimum square footage in Light <br /> Industrial Districts to 3,000 square feet. <br /> The Zoning Administrator did not receive any correspondence or phone calls on this <br /> g <br /> matter. <br /> No members of the public were in attendance either in favor of or in opposition to this <br /> amendment. <br /> Motion by G. Welu and seconded by F. Martinson to recommend to the City Council to <br /> amend Zoning Ordinance No. 163, Section 8.20 to allow by Conditional Use Permit: <br /> Professional Offices, Doctors, Lawyers, etc. in Light Industrial Districts and Section 9.10 <br /> allow minimum building square footage of 3,000 square feet in Light Industrial Districts. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 5:06 p.m. <br /> III <br /> Terri Russell, Zoning Administrator Mark Jurchen, Chairman <br />
