The Chairman pointed out that a Conditional Use Permit is not valid if conditions are no <br /> met. <br /> David Kennedy, neighbor to Kelly Larson, pointed out the closest permitted description <br /> use that fit would be saw sharpening, and noted that auto repair was excluded. He also <br /> reminded the Commission that his Conditional Use Permit for the Vet tenant was denied. <br /> The Chairman closed the meeting for comment and discussion. <br /> Jerry Thompson, does not feel this is an acceptable home based business, he felt that <br /> noise would be a problem and also may be a fire hazard. <br /> Forbes Martinson, questioned how the commission could limit and/or control the <br /> applicants operation. <br /> Jerry Thompson, said no, this application does not fit the definition of a home based <br /> business. <br /> Motion by J. Thompson and seconded by G. Jenson to deny the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Roll call as follows: G. Jenson-yes, J. Thompson-yes, M. Jurchen-yes, G. Welu- <br /> yes. F. Martinson- no. <br /> Kelly Larson, applicant, was informed of his right of appeal to the City Council for <br /> another hearing. <br /> Motion by G. Jenson and seconded by F. Martinson to adjourn at 6:35 p.m.. <br />
