Lakes. The item of interest from the Ironton Ordinance was the number of <br /> violations regarding vehicles that are parked on private property. This would <br /> include valid current motor vehicle license and tabs, the vehicle must not lack <br /> essential parts that would render it inoperable. The vehicle must not be in a <br /> rusted or wrecked condition. <br /> F. Martinson asked the Commission to read both Ordinances and would like <br /> to have a discussion regarding the possibility of amending Ordinance No. 183 <br /> at the November meeting. <br /> COMMITTEE—NUISANCE ORDINANCE NO. 183 <br /> F. Martinson explained that he was asked by Marty Peisch to appoint a <br /> Committee to do inspections. The Commission was informed that 2 members <br /> of the City Council used to do the inspections. The Committee would drive <br /> around the community and look for any property that may be in violation of <br /> the Nuisance Ordinance. The Committee would inform the City of the <br /> violation and a letter of compliance will be sent to the owner of the property. <br /> T. Sacomman stated when she was on the zoning board in the past she used <br /> to do inspections. <br /> F. Martinson asked T. Saccoman if she would be interested in doing the <br /> inspections again. He added that he would be willing to do the inspections <br /> and that they could go out in the community one Saturday a month. <br /> The Commission decided the letter would have the signatures of F. Martinson <br /> and Mark Forsberg of the Police Department. The letter will be hand <br /> delivered by the Police Dept. or sent by certified mail. <br /> TIM HOULE—WSN—INFRASTRUCTURE AND FINANCE <br /> INFORMATION <br /> Present was Mr. Tim Houle, an engineer from Widseth, Smith &Nolting. Mr. <br /> Houle explained that he had a workshop with the City Council on the <br /> planning issues and wanted them to look ahead at the larger picture. <br />
