PEQUOT LAKES <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 4, 1999 <br /> The special meeting of the Board of Adjustment was called to order by Chairman F. <br /> Martinson at 6:38 p.m. in the Fire Hall of Pequot Lakes City Hall. Present was F. Martinson, C. <br /> Clarke and T. Saccoman. <br /> Absent were J. Thompson and G. Welu. Let the record show that J. Thompson was present at <br /> 6:41 p.m. <br /> VARIANCE — OUTLOT A, INDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> The City is requesting a Variance to erect a 1,800 sq. ft. storage building in Light Industrial <br /> zone. Light Industrial requires a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft. The Lot is unbuildable due to its low <br /> elevation, and the fact that a sewer main runs right through it. <br /> MOTION BY T. SACCOMAN AND SECONDED BY C. CLARKE TO APPROVE THE <br /> VARIANCE FOR OUTLOT A IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK. MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNINAMIOUSLY. <br /> F. MARTINSON ADJOURNED THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AT 6:40 p.m. THE <br /> PLANNING & ZONING MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:40 p.m. <br /> SARAH DALE— LIME GREENERY <br /> Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-9 within <br /> Development District No. 1 Conforms to the General Plans for the Development and <br /> Redevelopment of the City. <br /> The Planning Commission had requested that Mrs. Dale be present at this special meeting to <br /> explain her plans for the new Lime Greenery. Also present was her mother and Sheila <br /> Havercamp from BLADC. F. Martinson gave Mrs. Dale the floor to go over the plans. Mrs. <br /> Dale went through the entire plans and answered all questions that the Commission had <br /> concerns about. This included the parking, the size of each store and when the demolition will <br /> begin. F. Martinson voiced concern regarding the possibility of gas tanks being under ground. <br /> Mrs. Dale informed him that she had a report and there were not tanks under ground. F. <br /> Martinson asked for a schedule and a completion date. Mrs. Dale explained the completion date <br />
