F. Martinson recommended J. Wallin come before the Commission with a <br /> rough drawing to expand the home and look at a variance of side or back yard <br /> set backs. The Commission would be more favorable with this discussion <br /> • than putting a parking lot in the middle of a residential area. <br /> The commission members decided that changing the zoning of one <br /> particular lot from residential to commercial would be called "spot zoning" <br /> and is not acceptable. <br /> DISCUSSION OF THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. <br /> SACCOMAN TO AMEND THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION <br /> ADDITIONS. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> The possibility of Len Kargel selling his property to his son who <br /> would like to have a Bed & Breakfast. This is allowed in a residential area <br /> with a conditional use permit. <br /> MOTION BY T.
